In 2025 McGrath installed a G-SERIES goods lift in Christchurch, New Zealand.
The goods lift was installed for AFFCO’s modern sheep and beef processing plant located south of Christchurch. The customer required a goods lift that could integrate with the plants existing hoist equipment and transport goods of up to 1000 Kgs.
This lift’s design does not require a pit and can be retrofitted into an existing building, for ease of installation and reduced disruption to workflows. This freestanding goods lift is designed in accordance with NZS 4334, ensuring your facility is safe and compliant with New Zealand’s lift standards. These lifts can be tailored to suit the application, featuring powered roller shutter doors in steel, stainless steel, fire-rating, viewing panels or bi-parting doors in manual or automatic.
Custom configurations can also be met depending on your building’s layout including, through entry, same side or 90-degree entry’s.
